As our name would suggest we have taken everything Ayurvea, which is a very complex subject, especially the medicinal and diet aspects and tried as best we can to make it simple and usable in the hustle and bustle of modern day life.

Ayurveda is thought to been concieved in central India over 5,000 yrs ago, translated means Ayur = Science, Veda = Life, in other words The Science of Life or Ayurved is the cradle of all medicine today whether it be conventional or otherwise, Holistic, Alternate, and Naturpathic medicines are simply a 21st Century spin on Ayurvedic medicine.

Ayurveda is as much a philosophy or way of life as it is a science, it covers all aspects of ones life Diet, Lifestyle, Health, Happiness, Spirituality and Medicine, should any one aspect of your life be out of balance this in turn upsets the whole balance, with the end result being we are unwell, unhappy and unproductive.
